Head - Data Analytics - Startup

Position: Data Analytics Head

About the company: A fast paced growing Start up.

Looking for people who have experience in:

- People management

- Ownership

- Work autonomously with minimal oversight

- Basic data / excel proficiency

- Fact-based evaluation of people's skills

- Demonstrated track record of hiring high quality people

- Sense of urgency and track record of delivering high quality output on time

- Experience working in startup environment (low standardization of processes, ambiguity, resource crunch)

- Organization design experience

- Experience managing and setting up robust reporting, metrics, performance goals and measurements

- Previous software company experience is needed (analytical mindset, technology savvy personality ability to work with various enterprise software products)

- Leadership and ability to motivate and drive people to perform

- Problem solving and solution oriented mindset

- Education credentials need to be stellar

- Previous US work experience a strong plus

- Supply Chain background a plus.
