Position : Head- Data & Analytics
Location : Delhi
Seeking a Customer Analytics and Business Intelligence Head. The individual would be setting up a digital analytics vertical and driving the key agenda ahead. The analytics vertical would include English & Vernacular web, mobile sites and apps.
Responsibilities:
- Individual will set up the Big Data roadmap, help in setting up processes and rules for mining and utilizing existing audience data.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and different digital marketing channels - primarily using Google Analytics, Chartbeat & other tools
- Advocate analytics throughout the business and drive a culture around data.
- Influence deployment of marketing activities to ensure ability to test and learn, and enable measurement of performance against objectives
- Provide a holistic view of the consumer journey across platforms
- Performance monitoring of different channels with models / scorecards
- Plan, build and improve the data infrastructure platform for web & mobile analytics .
- Work with product, Sales and Content to help build engagement and increase revenue.
- Analyse - Life Time Value- of users and improve this metric for all platforms
Skill sets/ Competencies:
- Ability to drive insight from that data, assess the commercial / financial impact and recommend action
- Understanding of statistical methods to enable appropriate interpretation of results
- Experience analyzing programs through the lens of brand / customer engagement metrics as well as business mindset
- Strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize and work on projects with great efficiency & attention to detail
- Conceptual thinking and ability to find innovative ways to solve analytical problems
Experience :
- Should have min 10 years of experience in the consumer internet space.
- Should be currently working with a leading digital media company or similar and heading their data function.
- Hands on experience with web analytics applications (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Comscore, Similarweb etc.)
- Experience in other Online Marketing disciplines, such as SEM, SEO, Social Media, etc. is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Education :
- Advanced degree (master's or above) in a quantitative subject such as Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics or Finance
