Head Data Analytics

- Reports to COO

- You will be responsible for managing overall Data Analytics Initiatives to create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business insights through data analytics, information visualization, and addressing unanswered business issues of customers in a proactive manner.

- Will build/ strengthen the data analytics team and lay a process-centric approach to achieve key outcomes of client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.

- Will play an analytical role where he/she develops and applies analytical algorithms and methods where possible with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes.

- Are a natural leader and needs to groom internal teams to deliver successful outcomes and to take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Identify and promote talent

- Define and improve the quality of analytics solutions on a consistent basis.

- Creation of high-quality analyses for all functions of the business and in the definition of metrics that track the business's performance at different fronts.

- Enable a Unified view of customer data across tools and services used by the customer and business.

- Should have knowledge of Engineering documentation and set up Quality and Security standards in an agile way.

- Define roadmap and potential by using the existing and new data sources and techniques.

- Find ways to optimize spending on the cloud by moderating the right configurations.

- Provide guidance and support to the leadership team on the technology landscape, make or buy decisions for the ecosystem requirement

Business Domain :

- Retail or Supply Chain Preferrable.

Qualifications :

- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Data Science driving B2B IT product/ services and leadership experience in a Products/SaaS/

IT services organization :

- Hands-on knowledge of AIML Implementation.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

- Proven record of driving strong client satisfaction

- Business intelligence tooling

- Use of sophisticated techniques like Big Data, Machine Learning, Distributed computing, NoSQL etc

- An engineering degree is preferred but not essential

- Specialities in Software Development (Java, R, Python, etc.), System design, Big Data, Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Streaming Analytics, AWS, Azure and GCP.
