Functional Title : Head - Data Analytics COE

Reports To : Chief Operating Officer

Nature of Role : Permanent

Key Responsibilities : 

- Working with clients at senior/ CXO levels to help them crystallize the Data Analytics Strategy for the BFSI, Healthcare and the Infrastructure domains

- Lead right from business diagnostic and initial opportunity assessment all the way to planning and strategy development through implementation

- Act as a visionary for the client and help them drive large meaningful impact and long-term benefits from the organization association Knowledge, Experience, and Education

- Conceptualize innovative solutions using design thinking methodology & lean digital techniques. Creating and managing long-term Data Analytics implementation roadmaps for our potential clients.

- A created business case for the solution & liaison with all the stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Identify inherent synergies between business and technology to leverage digital accelerators

- Solution and monetize the business

- Transformational role - focus on adoption of digital technology across businesses and domains

- Interacts with CIO/CTO for account portfolio rationalization and identifies opportunities for digitization

- Incubate new services and offerings on emerging technologies within Data Analytics

Other Responsibilities :

- Keeping abreast of various Data Analytics platforms in the market and developing expertise and points of views on each and their applicability for various industries and clients.

- Creating detailed requirements, including process flows and functional specs forData Analyticsprojects

Skills : 

- Must have worked closely as trusted Digital adviser with CXO's / seniors and recommend the technology vision and disruption

- Must have good experience in Digital Transformation Strategy development, Enterprise, digital assessment, Digital maturity mapping, Digital opportunity identification, emerging trends consulting, Process transformation & Governance framework development.

- Must have the deep understanding of Enterprise Digital technologies that are enabling Digital transformation

- Must have good Understanding of business drivers for Digital transformation in dealing with the current- and future-state business processes for transformation

- Experience in defining solution architectures for large programs and providing architecture and technology leadership to delivery teams, and client relationship management

- Experience in defining architecture roadmaps and journeys for the client.

- A degree in IT / Computer Science and MBA is preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical

- Must have worked closely with the solution development team

- Must have experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
