We have an opening for Head D2C with a Premium Luxury Retail Brand.
Location: Mumbai
D2C experience is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Having direct control over the organic platforms as a product to create the best possible user experience. Maintain a constant improvement in the ratio of engagement to conversion.
- Take charge of the organic channel P&L to make sure that every input-including UI/UX, content strategy, engagement, and community building-leads to the expansion of the business.
- Stay up to date on all information that can improve consumer UI/UX and raise the bar for organic channel functionality. To guarantee engagement, carry out in-depth market research and write believable user stories.
- Provide the tech team with briefs and wireframes that are based on consumer data and learnings that improve UI/UX.
Requirements:
- Six to ten years of experience managing the P&L in a D2C product role. Experience with digital and performance marketing will be required.
- Those with less experience ought to work as D2C Heads for at least two years.
- Strong web/mobile/app marketing and analytics experience with a track record of driving new mobile app usage, engagement, and repeat usage - Preferred experience in luxury e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty marketing, travel, hospitality, and payments-centric businesses and aggregator businesses
- Experience with marketing automation systems like UNICA / WCA / Clevertap / Exact Target / Adobe Campaign & Mobile Engagement Platforms like Airship / Branch etc.
- Good understanding of SEO and PPC with demonstrated results.
