Our client is a leading player in the FMCG/ Foods & Beverages industry.
Industry : FMCG, Food Processing, Food & Beverages
Location : Delhi
Objective :
To lead the growth of D2C e-commerce vertical with a strong focus on profitability & Performance marketing. Responsible for P & L and Profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create & Execute growth plans for D2C platforms. Overall, in charge of D2C business delivery
2. Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic
3. Oversee operation of own websites, app(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives
4.Ownership of customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue
5. Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels
6. Work closely with the brand teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to growth, sales and content.
7. Hire & build a highly passionate and self-driven team to sustainably and profitably grow the D2C business
Skills & Experience :
- 7+ to 15 years of experience
- Master's Degree/ PG from a Premier B-school
- Should have worked in FMCG/ Foods & Beverages
- Mandatory experience managing and building up the D2C channel
