Head - Cyber Security Services - BPO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Cyber Security Services. As the leader of our cyber security services division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver best-in-class cyber security solutions to our clients. You will oversee a team of cyber security professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure the success and growth of our cyber security services.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the cyber security services division in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and threats in the cyber security landscape to anticipate and respond effectively to client needs.

2. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, enabling them to deliver high-quality services and achieve their professional goals.

3. Service Delivery:

- Oversee the delivery of cyber security services to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific cyber security challenges and requirements.

4. Client Engagement:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on cyber security matters.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.

5. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's cyber security services portfolio.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and enhance the company's market presence.

6. Risk Management:

- Assess cyber security risks and vulnerabilities, both internally and for clients, and develop proactive measures to mitigate potential threats.

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cyber security, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Business, with a proven track record of leadership and success in delivering cyber security services.

- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and methodologies, including but not limited to network security, cloud security, incident response, and threat intelligence.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cyber security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven experience in client relationship management, business development, and strategic planning within the cyber security industry.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
