- Serve as a technical lead, accountable for firm-wide security architecture and engineering - Support the definition and execution of cyber controls across a diverse collection of cloud providers - Operate as a senior leader in the information security department and aid in setting the cyber vision and strategy for the firm - Manage and provide guidance to a team of technical professionals - Evaluate and mature the technical stack being leveraged to support cyber practices - Assist in designing secure solutions in partnership with business stakeholders - Serve as a cross-functional partner across various divisions of the team, including security and product stakeholders - Work closely with security leadership organization that oversees security operations, incident response, regional RISO/CISO teams, assessments, access & identity management, application security, governance, business engagement, and CISO Office - Enable a strong security culture set forth in partnership with the CISO and CISO leadership team, ensuring uniformity across information security programs and employees - Foster strong relationships with internal business units, APG and external industry entities to maintain a strong network - Partner with the CISO leadership and Office of the CISO's teams to manage the security initiatives and budgeting - Provide leadership on Information Security with client related inquiries implications as a result of evolving Technology - Advise on enterprise-wide people, process and technology-related security best practices and recommendations - Maintain an up-to-date level of knowledge relating to security threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations set forth to reduce the corporate attack surface - Work closely with operational and information risk, compliance, legal and audit teams - Stay abreast of new laws, regulations and standards, and assess their impacts to the program Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - 10-12+ years of direct experience leading dispersed teams - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a sophisticated set of Information Security solutions, build and manage partner and stakeholder relationships at all levels, and respond to existing and emerging information security threats - Possess deep knowledge and expertise in multi-cloud service provider platforms and services - Financial Services client standards and diligence - A proven track record of success in partnership and collaboration with senior organizational partners for the development and delivery of strategies and solutions that ensure the growth and stability of a successful enterprise - Ability to build strong networks and identify key decision-makers to assist in achieving business objectives - Ability to grasp complex problems quickly and lead change in a fast-paced, evolving environment; - Experience making trade-offs, prioritizing multiple competing projects and initiatives and allocating resources in line with goals and priorities - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with peers, colleagues and vendors
