Head - CXO/Senior Talent Exclusive Search

We are looking for the Head - CXO / Senior Talent Exclusive Search business, for the 'Senior Talent / CXO Exclusive Search' division being setup within a 8 year old Premier Recruitment & Search Consulting firm.

This role is based at Mumbai and will report directly into the Managing Partner.

The right candidate would come with good experience at:

- Managing the entire business alongwith P&L accountability,

- Business development and Client relationship management experience,

- Delivering Retained Search assignments,

- Delivering Senior management / CXO Level search assignments,

- Team building and management experience,

- Setup & ensure the right systems and processes are in place

Ideally 10+ years of experience would be desirable - Experienced Senior recruiters in alignment with the requirements mentioned above may apply
