Position Name : Head Customs Location : Kolkata Qualification : CA/ICWA Experience : 10-15 years Responsibilities : - Establish networking with Customs and other related agencies at required levels. - Institute systems to ensure completeness and adequacy of Customs related compliance. - Independently handle and interact with related tax authorities. - Independently handle departmental audits, enquiries and investigations. - Implementation of Free Trade Agreements (FTA's) / Trade pacts with foreign countries covering both Import and Exports. - Policy advocacy on Customs matter with Trade bodies like CII / EEPC / FIEO. Requirements : - Expertise in customs technical skills and be capable of collaborating with internal and external partners to further compliance requirements. - Knowledge of Customs laws, regulations and procedures including those relating to GST & Foreign Trade policy. - Excellent organizational, priority management and planning skills.
