Head - Customer Support Management - Manufacturing Domain

Our Global client in the manufacturing domain is seeking applications from suitable candidates to lead their Customer Support domain to cater to clients in India and abroad.

- minimum 10 years of experience the last few of which spent leading a team of Executives and Managers with hands-on experience in Customer interface and Support.

- must come either from a Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Manufacturing set up

- should be well versed with the logistics nuances - Road, air, and rail transportation

- EXIM experience

- must have worked in an SAP environment

- good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi

Candidates based in Pune will be preferred for this role
