Purpose of the Job : The India Customer Experience team will be homogeneous extension of the global customer experience team and contribute to both - proactive and reactive customer interaction.

He will be supported by voice specialist to bring in voice-based expertise and help us with the call center setup and operation in India.

This team to be able to support UK and enable us to eliminate the need of the third party currently supporting UK. In addition, this team will also be able to support Australia and NZ as they increase market share and ramp with IQ7.

Will be responsible for ensuring superior customer experience across ORGANIZATION digital assets including the website, mobile applications, chat, social etc. This resource will work on creating roadmap for our tools and work with various teams to ensure successful launch and adoption of our tools.

Solutions and Services Business Manager will be responsible for creating monetizable solutions and value-added services. This activity will require understanding customer usage data and pain points to create suitable offerings. Further, it will also require segmentation, and overall management of these offerings. He / SHE will be responsible for achieving results including revenue and enhanced customer experience for such Solutions.
