Our clients are looking for an accomplished Head - Customer Success to be based in Mumbai and lead Global Operations across most countries.
Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
Job Profile
1. Deliver assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives
2. Develop new business through existing accounts by having an understanding of the customer's business and identifying & exploring new commercial opportunities
3. Liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
4. Overseeing pricing and other initiatives to maximize opportunities and value
Candidate Profile
1. Engineers (preferably MBAs) with 15 - 20 years experience in Sales, Business Development & CRM Sales/ Business development
2. Must have led teams of size 10 - 20
3. Preferable experience in BFSI domain including PSUs
The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks.
