Your responsibilities: - You need to be creative problem solver, Result Driven individual - Own Call Quality and CSAT as a primary metric, Productivity and AHT will be guard rail metrics in this role. Hygiene Metrics shall be Actioned Time, AHT, Call disconnection % - Maintaining an accurate record of all customer issues with and actual sales. - Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales. - Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed. - Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics - Maintaining database (Kapture, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective customer information Professional traits: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Clarity of thought and ability to strategize - Ability to delegate and be hands-on when needed - Super motivated, go-getter attitud
