Founded in 2014 by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania alumni, this Delhi based company has raised more than $65Mn in funding.

As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving client engagement, account onboarding, ramp-up, and retention in a competitive and challenging market. You will be building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing clients' share of wallet.

What you will do:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive client engagement and satisfaction

- Leading a team of 10+ sales and key accounts professionals to achieve aggressive sales targets

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful onboarding and ramp-up of new clients

- Proactively identifying and addressing client issues and concerns to ensure their ongoing satisfaction

- Working closely with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize clients' share of wallet

- Analyzing data and metrics to monitor client health, and take action to mitigate risks and improve retention

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

- Providing leadership and mentorship to the customer success team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus

- Proven track record of owning regional sales and key account management mandates, particularly in fragmented supply and operations-heavy sectors

- Experience in working with challenger brands in competitive markets

- Ideally, a background in a repeat sales industry where client retention is crucial (not limited to one-time sales, such as real estate or product sales)

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 10+ to achieve aggressive sales targets
