Head - Customer Service - Telecom/BFSI

One of the leading Telecom company is looking for a Customer Service Head to be based in Chennai.
The role is responsible for providing effective support to the operations team by analyzing and identifying trends with focus on improving Automation, TNS Scores and complaints per sub, identification of trends in errors and highlighting training needs and system changes.

- Looking for female candidates with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Customer Service from Banking / Telecom / Insurance industries. Must hold MBA from a premier institution.
