You will be the key driver in reviewing & improving high customer retention through zones.
With your strategic direction, the team will lead timely execution of actions through to enhance rural experience.
With an eye for detail, you will operationally manage the entire product/service life cycle at the zonal level as well as track and report on performance of various initiatives.
