About our Client - Our client is one of the leading players in the online/internet space, and have received funding from various global PE/VC funds. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are looking to recruit a Head of Customer Service Operations, based out of their corporate office in Jaipur.
Job Description :
- Reporting to the Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the entire customer service and operations team, ensuring the highest level of customer experience across all touch points (inbound, outbound etc).
- Further, you will also be responsible for developing new tools and products for the business, to ensure industry leading best practices from a customer service perspective.
The Successful Candidate :
- You will be a post graduate with around 12 years of experience in core customer service/experience roles.
- Prior experience of having worked with companies in the BFSI/Hospitality/Travel space, and having managed a large team is a must.
- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with an innovative approach towards his/her work.
