Role and Responsibilities
As the Head of Operations you will
- Lead the Customer Service Operations in India
- Partner with Global teams to understand root cause of performance challenges and drive a philosophy of continuous business improvement.
- Be apart of the leadership team in India that will determine best strategic options for the future growth of India Operations.
- Lead employee engagement, training and Talent management
- Lead and/or participate in Operations-specific and/or company 's wide projects .
Essential Qualifications
To be eligible for this role you will need to have
- A graduation / Post Graduation certificate in any field
- Over 15 years of total work experience in customer operation
- At least over 6 years of people management experience
- Experience in driving project, process excellence and growth strategy
