Our client is one of the leading and fast growing microfinance institution, encompassing a range of financial services. It is focused on catering to credit needs of customers and its vision is to provide investments to Urban India. They have been recently awarded a licence for a Small Finance Bank and are looking to build out a team of leaders.
Job Description
As a Head of Customer Service Officer you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing of the bank and your main duties will include:
- To ensure that customer service is the main objective of the bank
- To ensure that satisfactory customer resolution is provided to the customers for issues escalated in the report of customer service committee meetings.
- To assess and maintain the quality of service at branches as well as ensure measures for improvement of customer experience levels
- Effective resolution of customer queries within the given TAT
- Liaison with top management to target critical issues and solve them immediately
The Successful Applicant
- You will have 10 - 12 years of excellent customer service experience in a retail banking setup
- You will have hands-on experience on customer service strategy and execution
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
