CRM Head with leading D2C startup Hiring for a CRM Operations Head for a leading D2C home furnishing company Location : Andheri West Mumbai Reporting to : Founder Role : CRM Operation Head 1. Lead end to end CRM operations for the D2C brand 2. Experience in building teams and processes to streamline the business -&gt; getting the right tech stack 3. Experience of setting up CRM tool - knowledge of API integrations with website, WhatsApp, chat , order management system etc. 4. Leading the support , sales and operation team (call , chats, emails, WhatsApp etc.) 5. Excellent analytical skills 6. Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution 7. Thorough understanding of operational support processes and ability to direct team. 8. Reviews monthly metrics reports with Customers service team including SLA targets and actuals, performance data, major issues and outages 9. Responsible for ensuring CSAT and NPS as per alignment with founders Skills and Qualifications required : - Very strong knowledge of Freshdesk CRM tool - Minimum 7 to 8 Years - Customer service skills. - Process improvement. - Cross-Departmental Coordination. - Strong decision-making skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills - Managing processes. - Staffing & Planning. - Analyzing information (Hands on Experience in preparing reports) - Preferably from CS function of Ecommerce/ BPOs
