JOB DESCRIPTION: - Develop strategies at point of purchase for brands to become their preferred partner - Channel strategy for Modern Trade and General Trade - Develop consumer promotion strategy with proper action standards and measurement criteria - Design and execute all activation / campaigns for Modern Trade - Develop a road map for brand initiatives for key accounts (both MT and GT) - New channel opportunity identification such as E-Commerce and strategy development - Work closely with BU Heads / Division Heads on visibility, activation and promotion strategy for all brands across formats - Develop Distributor strategy to help achieve Trade Sales e.g. Distributor engagement programs, distributor salesmen programs, etc. - Build Abbott corporate brand in Distributor / Retailers across geographies
