Role: Head of Customer Marketing
Location: Mumbai
The opportunity is with a leading MNC beverage business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of category visions and point of purchase visions by channel.
- Best enable GAME plans to have perfect point of purchase/point of consumption execution.
- Translate business and category strategy into meaningful and acted upon channel/segment and account-specific sales drivers.
- Excel in the provision of compelling shopper and customer propositions to align with winning consumer propositions.
- Develop and lead Joined up Business Planning and Cycle Planning processes and tools, from strategic input through to outstanding execution of channel/segment and customer–tailored initiatives.
- Work closely with Consumer Marketing and Regional Sales Teams to ensure the right activities are in place with the right channels/segments/customers at the right time to achieve brand and customer objectives
- Ensure programs & solutions drive spend efficiency and provide benchmarked ROI
- Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities with specific customers/channels to deliver our AOP

- Brings the Shopper and Customer input into the development of brand, portfolio and Category Plans
- in disciplines of Shopper Marketing, Category Development and Commercial Planning & Activations
- Work with RBMs and Customer Marketing Managers to ensure efficient execution of market-relevant sales driver activations
Specifications:
- An individual with 10 years of experience within commercial planning, category development and shopper marketing.
- 3 years + of exposure to customer marketing is a must
- Commercial awareness and be highly analytical and data literate, understanding and evaluating the profit impact of their actions.
- MBA qualifications is a must
- Flexibility to Travel 40% of the time
