Location: Mumbai  Job Description:   A) Financial Responsibility: -   - Responsible for the annual plan for the customer marketing budget.   - Budgeting and disciplined execution.   - Provide suggestions and recommendations for new product launches, commercialization and BTL marketing.   B) Customer Marketing: -   Must influence and provide direction to sales and trade marketing teams within BEL and also at the retailer network. Create an effective competitor tracking system to capture   C) Planning and Management: -   - Design and drive customer marketing plans directly with the Trade marketing and Marketing for Retailers.   - Plan and drive visibility of the categories and brand at the trade and other defined channels / customers.   - Plan and implement measures and evaluation for various customer marketing activities.   Visibility: -   - Contribute actively towards the planning and implementation of the visibility strategy in GT   - POSM / Merchandising deployment and management plans for GT   - In Store and other retail branding activities to be managed totally for GT   BTL / Trade activities: -   - Plan and drive the annual BTL strategy for customer marketing.   - Plan and drive the various dealer meets, trade meets etc.   - Design robust mechanism for measuring the effectiveness of BTL activities.
