Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Play a significant role in developing and implementing the company's long-term strategic plan, growth initiatives to meet the company's revenue and earnings targets. - Identify, initiate and leverage the partnership programs to build awareness of the company brand and drive incremental sales through channels marketing initiatives for General Trade, Regional &amp; National Modern Retail Format, CSD &amp; CPC stores across India. - Managing a team, measuring performance &amp; mentoring the Channel Marketing members, which would include all direct reports, &amp; their teams based out of respective Zones. - Partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and/or improved product programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies, and drive System value/business objectives. Take total ownership of the Trade Marketing budget. - Lead the Retailer Bonding Program (RBP), which includes liaising with Marketing on RBP Product Pricing. Ensure troubleshooting to avoid complaint escalation leading to dissatisfaction. Preparing appropriate MIS &amp; masterminding suitable actions to track the performance of Retailers under the RBP program. - Engaging in digital interface activities with Channel partners using social media platforms will enable better connect with retailers &amp; their customers on a continuous basis. - Support important initiatives of the consumer products business, which include SSSG (Same-store Sales Growth) &amp; Commercialization of New Products with planned placements in the secondary market. - Planning &amp; executing all Distributor Engagement Program's (DEP) be it at local or international destinations - Assess attractive local consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the Company by leveraging consumer research in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas. - Create a platform to Train external &amp; Internal stakeholders about the existing product portfolio and expected future pipeline. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners. Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities. - Keeping close track of market intelligence with continuous updates on competitor's moves be it pricing-related or Product based development or any new activity at the marketplace which will help in developing suitable marketing &amp; sales strategies to counter competition.
