Description : Opportunity to head the BTL/Trade/Customer Marketing function for a leading healthcare organization

Client Details :

- Our client is India's leading healthcare provider with a large network of centers across the country. The organization is in a high growth phase and is looking to hire a Business Head for BTL marketing activities to result in maximizing footfalls.

Job Description :

- Design and supervise the promotional campaign calendar for community engagement and visibility initiatives as per local market requirement in order to build brand recall and footfall.

- Plan and execute new centre launch and sustenance plan through proper catchment analysis.

- Work with creative agencies to design promotional communication relevant to campaign and TG, which includes print, in-clinic/store, events etc.

- Interface with Agency for all the deliverables on time & supporting Activation team for all marketing related collaterals/ designs/ artwork etc requirements.

- Taking new business initiatives supporting marketing, branding initiatives across business locations.

- Manage a large team

Profile :

- The successful applicant comes from a Top B-School with 5 to 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the FMCG, Telecom, Banking and Retail Industry. He comes with exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
