Role : Head of Customer Growth and Growth Hacking Location : Bangalore 1. Customer Growth &amp; Innovation : a. Driving the next wave of customer growth by developing and steering&nbsp;strategy across a customer's journey from acquisition, activation,&nbsp;engagement, retention to reactivation. Creating and influencing roadmaps&nbsp;for experiences to ensure we are delighting customers across every&nbsp;touchpoint of their lifecycle b. Leading Customer Programs : Working closely with analytics, product,&nbsp;engineering, marketing and business to drive relevant customer programs to leading MAC growth for the year, this year we are driving the following&nbsp;programs: New Customers Program c. Working closely with technology teams to build new capabilities to scale&nbsp;customer growth programs. Ensuring the end to end customer experience&nbsp;and tech infrastructure support and enhance habit forming customer&nbsp;experiences 2. User Insights and Customer Lifetime Value : a. Building Customer Lifetime Value and Predictive CLTV view for all&nbsp;customers and use this signal across the entire customer journey from&nbsp;discovery, PnP, transact and service. b. Working with User Insights and FDP platform to strengthen the end to end&nbsp;data and insights view of customers, enrich the user insights we have for all&nbsp;customers and leveraging the rich user insights across platform, drive&nbsp;product thinking across all platforms of Neo, UI and FDP to enable teams to&nbsp;take more data driven decisions 3. Growth Hacking : a. Leading the Growth Hacking Team :&nbsp; - Growth Hacking at&nbsp;consumer internet companies play a role in driving customer acquisition,&nbsp;retention and revenue.&nbsp; - Growth-hacking teams are cross-functional,&nbsp;multi-tasking teams, that help drive changes around the user funnel and&nbsp;marketing channels, A/B Testing, data analytics, users' feedback,&nbsp;prioritization, optimization, engineering and automation. - The growth team&nbsp;will be in a rapid experimentation using data and analytics to arrive at quick&nbsp;experiments with product, engineering and marketing.
