Sewells MSXI is a long term partner to Ford Motor Company in the area of retail performance improvement. Multiple network performance initiatives in the area of learning & development, customer experience and dealer business management are strategically outsourced to Sewells MSXI. These programs / teams running the programs are recognized as Ford Academy. Each Ford country operation is supported by a Market Academy (eg: Ford Thailand Academy, Ford Australia Academy etc.) and a Central Academy supports initiatives of Ford AP Regional Head Quarters. Why does this role exist? - The automotive industry is witnessing disruptions like it hasn't seen for the past many decades. It is imperative that automotive brands respond appropriately to the changing preferences of customers during purchase and post-purchase. It is also imperative that automotive brands leverage new technologies to achieve the said objectives. - Teams at Ford Asia Pacific Head Quarters and at Ford Central Academy are constantly working towards conceptualizing and designing a customer experience aligned to Ford brand values. The teams are also busy governing and supporting deployment of major customer experience transformation initiatives across 6 countries in the region. The role of Head - Customer Experience plays a pivotal role in achieving the above. - How are we improving capability of Ford and Ford Dealer Staff? Ford Asia Pacific Head Quarters and Ford Central Academy currently run two major programs to improve customer experience. Ford Guest Experience takes a process and technology view of customer experience. The program helps dealers deliver a - Signature Ford- experience supported by process best practices and technology tools. Customer Experience Movement takes a dealer employee engagement and dealer organization culture view for customer experience improvement. CEM is a global program governed by Ford Detroit HQ. What is the role? The key responsibilities of Head - Customer Experience are as follows: - Conceptualization, design and development of program material and technology to support current programs - Governance of FGE and CEM programs across six countries to deliver optimal results - Supporting six Market Academies to deploy FGE and CEM programs - Coaching and mentoring two direct reports (one Program Manager for FGE and CEM each) - Working closely with Ford AP Customer Experience teams to service ongoing projects and tasks The role is responsible for delivering revenue and profit assurance for Sewells MSXI in the immediate and mid-term. Head - Customer Experience is expected to drive innovation and though leadership in his area of expertise to help Ford Academy stay ahead of the curve. This role reports to Regional Director - Ford Academy. Who are we looking for? You are: - A premier business school graduate, with 15 years of experience - At-least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, after-sales or dealer development in an Automotive Brand or a Premium Automotive Dealership Group - A leader with credentials in conceptualizing, designing and deploying customer experience improvement programs, preferably in automotive industry - An extremely disciplined, process-oriented professional, with a desire to lead a large-scale project implementation across multiple countries - Excellent in written and spoken communication - comfortable speaking in public and to a large audience You have: - An entrepreneurial drive to make an impact on your industry and organization - Proven track record as a leader with success credentials in conceptualizing, designing and deploying customer experience improvement programs in automotive industry - Ability to identify opportunities and challenges, and drive teams with rigor to act on the same.
