Description - The role is be manage the overall operations for a travel e-commerce start uporganization and to manage a 30+ member operations team and to drive the end to end process of operations

Our client is a start up in the travel e-commerce industry working in Air Tickets, Travel Packages and Hotel Booking. They are uniquely positioned in the industry with the lowest possible fares and ensuring the best experience on their platform.

Description: 

The role reports to the CEO and would be responsible for:

- Managing the online reputation and delivering on the customer service for the brand

- Identifying major customer service needs to design and implement sales support and high levels of customer satisfaction

- Working along with sales & operations teams to identify improvement in processes

- Managing the overall operations team of 30 people and working towards customer satisfaction by having analysis of the various medium of interaction with customers

Profile: 

The candidate must have:

- An experience of 6-8 years in the customer service function

- Experience in the travel & e-commerce industry

- Managed a team of 30 or more people in the operations team
