Head - Customer Analytics - BFSI

Hiring for Senior resource in Analytics who will be responsible for developing and executing data analytics strategy aligned towards optimizing revenue generation, predictive customer analytics, insights into customer behavior and build a robust & predictive data analytics framework for our client.

Will manage our clients online wealth management portal completely.

Work with a very large database and on multiple parameters

Derive correlations such that they can be used in product development or campaign management

To look at all the customers and capitalise on this customer base by:

Using analytics to scale up the cross-sell of products

Tapping all their felt and unfelt financial needs, by Cross selling across our product offering spectrum, in their life-cycle Using predictive models to acquire new customers

Responsibilities:-

Customer analytics & profiling

Campaign management

Partner with the cross-functional teams to solve key business questions by identifying trends, designing tests and conducting deep dive analysis

Uncover insights and discover optimization opportunities to drive lead quality and cost of acquisition

Research new methods and algorithms for measuring engagement, predicting conversion rate, calculating multi-touch attributions and optimizing media mix

To support revenue generation from new customer and existing customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Engineer from Premium B.Tech. Institutes only.

10+ years experience in Advance Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Analytics role.
