Subject Matter expertise in either of the below areas;

- Clinical Trial Operations Data (CTOD) Curation

- Pharmacovigilance Data Curation

- Clinical Data Management (CDM)

- Real-world Data (RWD) Curation: Responsible for managing and curating a variety of data types essential for research, drug development, and healthcare delivery. This role involves managing a team of curators to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- P&L Ownership Prior experience in managing P&L

- Publications Should have published White papers

- Sales/ Business Development Experience Responsible for Revenue targets & profitability targets of the BU and hence prior experience is a must in BD or managing Sales team

- Global Exposure US/ EU/ UK

- Business Building Experience Built teams and practices from scratch
