CSR Head (NCR location) - FROM SKILL DEVELOPMENT/PHILANTHROPHY/CSR Sector

Purpose and Scope of Position

The position is responsible for project management, fund raising, business development, stakeholder management, improvisation & innovation.

Duties and Accountabilities

Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR vertical and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders

Developing thematic Project for CSR business development.

FundRaising & Business Development

- Managing Project operations with transparency- Handling projects with Funding Organizations, and TPs.

- Stakeholder Management, Advocacy& Outreach-Connect with Multinationals Corporations, Industry Partners, Sector Skill Councils, Public Sector Units

- Impact, Improvisation & Innovation-Working on 20 different thematic areas offered by companies CSR in the area of skill development and ensure training is aligned to SDG Goals

- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices

- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
