- To be responsible for creating and implementing an approach to CSR that complements New Ventures business strategy in the areas of corporate responsibility and community development.

- To be responsible for ensuring that New Ventures is seen as an involved, responsible and forward-thinking corporate citizen.

- Will be responsible for managing community programs in the respective area, to ensure that they benefit the local communities as well as the Company objectives.

- Will be the custodian of overall CSR budget for respective area of operation and ensure its effective utilization by building winning partnerships with communities.

- To develop and keep the CSR strategy and programs for the respective area, under review and adapt as appropriate to stay aligned with larger CSR and business objectives.

- Work with external partners to build synergies and effectiveness to drive the maximum possible social and financial impact of the CSR programs.

- Evaluate CSR initiatives and ensure that they are implemented with rigor and effectiveness.

- Ensure that communication of CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences is happening effectively and on time.

- Plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of CSR programs. Identify and cultivate relationships with company peers in CSR initiatives.

- Ensure overall programming and messaging consistency across while accommodating unique programs and communications that are locally resonant and appropriate.

- Develop teams and build capabilities to successfully execute the community programs in respective are.

Specifications of the Ideal Candidate:

- A candidate with having seen the complexity of large CSR operations is a must.

- Ability to influence and lead. Should be able to think strategically and with demonstrated capability of having worked in a large geographical area with the right leadership capability.

- At least 10-12 Yrs. of CSR background with strong business acumen and understanding of business operations would be desirable.

Educational Qualification:


- Graduate/MBA

- Proven commercial awareness and astuteness
