Head - CSR - Manufacturing

- Creating vision, strategy, systems developing SOPs to ensuring delivery of the same

- Developing, presenting and getting approval on annual / real time activity plan & budget

- Developing and circulating activity and assessment report

- Lead and manage new initiatives and operations

- Developing and ensuring standard operating procedures

- Conceptualizing and implementing projects and programs

- Managing funds and fund raising affairs

- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances

- Support to Board of Trustees by developing and circulating notices, reports, and agenda, coordinating meetings and keeping minutes of the meetings

- Responsible for communication with internal senior management and external stakeholders especially donors and project partner

- Developing and publishing communication material to get visibility

- Administration and monitoring of line management

- Representing in different developmental forum
