- Leading the organization strategically and operationally

- Design , analyze , programs including preparing proposal's

- Implementing and monitoring social impact programs

- Deal, Communicate and Interact with senior level personnel's including CSR leaders, board members

- Building of knowledge base

- Develop impact experts through different mediums

- M&E Data creation and handling

- Participation at relevant events

- Preparation of white papers and articles

- Work across different thematic areas and not be limited to one or two subject areas

- Lead , develop, motivate and guide team members
