Qualifications and Skills:
- MSW/MBA Social Work
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data and metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team building and employee development.
