Head - CSR & Education Institution Building

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall CSR function of the Client's Foundation Group

- Build solid CSR strategies for the group with a short and long term vision in mind

- Create CSR charter for the group and evangelize it with key stakeholders

- Focus and lead the skill development activities for the group

- Plan and work on setting up a special education institute catering to industries at large and to logistics in particular

- Responsible for managing the overall operations of education institution building, conceptualization, execution etc.

Desired profile:

- Preferably post graduate/masters in social work /IAS/IPS/ Ex-principal of college/school, Army officers, Police officers, Retired bureaucrats etc.

- Should have total 18-25 years of experience out of which 10 years into leadership role

- Ex principals, Army officers, Police officers, Retired bureaucrats etc. are preferred with extremely strong network/connection with government authorities/associations/institutions

- Should have an experience and potential to build/establish education Institution and overall management
