5. ROI Measurement: Develop and implement metrics to effectively measure Return on Investment (ROI) from partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment and profitability.
6. Team Development: Recruit, retain, and mentor a proficient team in accordance with hierarchical requirements, ensuring delivery across all verticals.
7. Collaboration and Solution Development: Collaborate with product and specialist teams to conceive innovative solutions and support their execution within the market.
8. Digital Channel Setup: Establish digital acquisition channels and develop an end-to-end digital fulfillment model to enhance customer experience and acquisition efficiency.
9. Market Analysis and Road Mapping: Conduct comprehensive trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identification of best practices with success and failure metrics to inform future strategies.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather inputs from various functions to ideate and assess transactional and transformational changes, creating future roadmaps.
