Head - CRM - Real Estate (12-19 yrs)
We are looking for CRM Head with a leading real estate industry.
- Ability to overlap both an anonymous (breadth) service desk model and a high-touch (depth) relationship manager model
- The asks from an operations perspective for both of these is quite different.
- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing new processes versus implementing proven templates from the parent organization.
- Understanding of IT tooling for service operations.,not just as a user, but as someone who has an informed point of view on available platforms/ solutions and pros and cons of each of them.
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with dealers and sales.
- Responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Consumer Relation strategies.
