CRM and Operations
- Driving the complete CRM portfolio for residential projects, commercial projects and plots .
- Setting systems, policies and procedures for CRM for managing front end and back end.
- Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for repeat business.
- Partnering with various banks for facilitating loan disbursement for customers.
- Ensuring regular cash flow and meeting CRM collection targets.
- Suggesting and implementing CRM strategies for timely resolution of major customer concerns
- Mentoring and training the CRM team
- Ensuring seamless customer experience through customer journey mapping, streamlining processes & updating customers on social media / regular updates.
- Responsible for out of court settlement of legal cases in the company
- Finalizations of clauses of all important legal documents that is Settlement deed, BBA ,Maintenance Agreement
