Head - CRM - Real Estate

The Client :

A leading Real Estate Enterprise in Chennai currently in expansion mode.

The Role : Head of CRM (Designation will depend on fitment)

The Head of CRM is responsible for managing and driving growth of the company by ensuring all revenue opportunities are maximised.

Reporting to the Director.

Role description :

- Define requirements for effective use of the CRM and its infrastructure. Making sure the CRM is customer focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales.

- Working closely with the sales and marketing to provide guidance on how to maximise current and prospective relationships.

- Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers to ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and efficient sales process.

- Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.

- Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.

- Ensure return on investment through KPI's and performance metrics.

The Person for the Role :

- Post graduation in Management with about 10 to 15 years of total experience in CRM function in Real Estate / Consumer Services industries. Age preference - 40 years.

- Leadership experience in managing the CRM function with exposure to different aspects of CRM including lead generation, pipeline management, conversions, client acquisition and retention.

- Must have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2C and B2B environment.
