Job Title: Head - CRM & POS

Job Purpose: To spearhead the CRM and POS requirement of the retail initiative for the organization. The role encompasses the entire gamut of activities right from identification of best system, vendors, upgradation of systems, enhancing the software to accommodate business needs.

Job Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Chairman

Key Deliverable:

- Conceptualization of CRM and POS requirements of retail business

- Successful implementation of systems in international stores

- Training of sales staff

- Collaboration with international vendors

- Maintaining Cost efficiencies

- Ensure that all accounting, costing and billing processes are received within business cost targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computer / IT / Electronics, Post graduation - (MBA - Marketing)

Experience :

- 10+ years in managing retail projects.

- Experience in managing Luxury and Specialty Retail projects would be a definite advantage.

Knowledge :

- Knowledge of latest technology

- Cost and efficiency knowledge for various forms of softwares

- Business experience in retail industry

- Retailpro and Salesforce

Skills :

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Good problem solving skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
