JOB DUTIES:
- Optimize CRM strategies to consistently improve campaign outcomes in line with business requirements.
- Monitor and manage effectiveness of CRM channels by measuring campaign metrics (Conversion, uplift, CTR, etc) and channel health (dismiss rate, delivery rate, etc.)
- Able to benchmark for and contribute toward developing frameworks for decision making and execution of CRM campaigns
- Work with the functional leadership for setting up right governance structures to proactively identify issues with design or execution of CRM systems
- Able to define tactical functional vision and goals for short periods, in consultation with functional leadership and in line with the overall organization objectives
- Enable the team by enhancing information architecture and other support systems for effective operations management
- Undertake active discussions with product leaders for understanding the roadmap and planning execution in line with the same
- Be the voice of the function for periodic update discussions across the organization, including representation to senior leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration, including working with internal stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Potential candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in a CRM or growth marketing role in a consumer-facing tech company.
- Direct experience with CRM tools will be a plus.
