Description
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Representing marketing ideas on key-cross departmental initiatives
- Leading a team of highly effective marketers across India
- Communicating results to the executive leadership team
- Driving the direction of customer segmentation
- Establishing KPI's
- Managing performances
Profile
You should be an MBA from a Top B school. Candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Marketing/CRM and atleast 5 years of experience as a leader of a growing organisation. An ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership skills and should have a good know how of technical aspects of marketing technologies related to CRM. S(He) should have the ability to prioritise and manage competing interests.
