- Lead Customer life cycle management and Loyalty program
- Manage and execute the Emailer, Push Notification and SMS Campaigns. Explore other platforms for retention marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and execute growth projects at the business level to enhance the efficiency of the CRM campaigns through increase the LTV of the consumers
- Creating CRM partnerships to facilitate a strong loyalty programme for the business
- Strategise and develop customer lifecycle communications across relevant touch points - convert consumer retention vision into an actionable, measurable plan with clear goals, strategies, tactics & testing plan.
