We have an opening for Head CRM for a client based in Trivandrum.
The position will be responsible for the entire portfolio of Customer Data, Relationship, Purchase Journey, Experience, Lifetime Value management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience, MIS, Marketing Analytics & Segmented Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities by analyzing data to increase sales profitably, prescribe the actions to take and track those actions by the financial impact
- Drive Digital collaboration initiatives that will enhance customer experience, loyalty and generate customer enthusiasm for new products thus amplifying sales and market share
- Marketing Data Analytics- Engage with new and emerging cutting edge our sector area technology companies
- Plan and initiate marketing strategies within budgets
- Leads the CRM system to end, manage the CRM campaign calendar end to end
- Drive omnichannel shopping with a special focus on increasing loyalty customer visits to our customer outlets
- Responsible for Group-wide Cross-sell & Up-sell process
- Work with Product & Analytics- team to draw analytical insights for offline and online customer behavior & recommend strategies to maximize omnichannel customer lifetime value across all touchpoints
- Create reporting dashboards and oversee marketing campaign performance reporting to the business teams.
- Partner with external tech Partner / IT team to implement the all-new CRM system.
