Head - CRM/Customer Service - Real Estate

Currently working on a Head Customer Service/ CRM role for a Real Estate Company to be based in Gurgaon. Looking for Female candidates only.

Scope of Activities include:

Customer relationship Management.

Handling Incoming Calls.

Handling Outgoing Calls.

Receiving Walk in Clients

Creating Demand Letters

Handling Customer Complaints

Liaison with Legal team regarding Customer issues.

Looking for Customer service professionals who have handled big teams. Professionals from Credit card divisions of banks, who have handled CRM Modules will be preferred. Experience in the Real Estate industry would be an added advantage.
