Head - CRM

- Optimize CRM strategies to improve outcomes for all businesses - across multiple mobile apps

- Analyse effectiveness of growth levers (e.g. CRM/In-app marketing tools/gamification) and recommend the growth strategies for multiple businesses.

- Able to benchmark externally, develop and implement industry leading frameworks for decision making and execution of CRM campaigns

- Set up right governance structures to proactively identify issues with design or execution of CRM systems

- Drive cross-functional discussions for development and enhancement of capabilities of various growth levers; both at the product and application level, across multiple apps.

- Undertake active discussions with product leaders for shaping the product-roadmap to deliver long term sustained impact through CRM.

- Drive new and more ambiguous, more complex growth charters through consistent and repetitive experimentation, and develop internal case-studies for reference.

- Able to define the broad functional vision and goals, in line with the group's organization objectives

- Embody organizational vision and values and drive the right culture within the organization across operations and CRM content functions

- Be the trusted voice within and outside the organization for defining CRM and growth frameworks and principles

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidates with strong academic pedigree will have a preference.

- Potential candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in a CRM or growth marketing role in a consumer-facing tech company.

- Direct experience with CRM tools will be a plus.
