This is a leadership level role who will take the ownership of complete Credit department for the company

The role is to lead the credit department for the NBFC which is lending to SMEs.

Will lead credit monitoring, developing & improving credit policies.

Ensure credit risk is minimized through proper appraisals & overall processes monitoring

Will build & retail credit team

Required Skills:

1. CA/MBA with at least 8 years of exp.

2. Prefer excellent credit lead/head role

3. Exp. of credit for small businesses especially unstructured businesses like supply chain credit

4. Prefer someone who has exp. of credit for very small ticket size which is about few lakhs

5. Someone who is willing to work with an early stage company and build teams from scratch
