Stealth Startup - Head of Credit Risk (3-8 yrs)  Credit Risk Modeling is a heart and soul of our startup.   You must have strong understanding of unsecured consumer credit (personal loan, credit cards) in India acquired by working at a leading retail bank or NBFC.   You should also have a good understanding of credit scoring, credit bureau, scorecard development, risk modeling, automated and manual underwriting.   Responsibilities :   - Will build both statistical and judgmental score card from scratch for APR assignment and underwriting new loans.   - Will develop comprehensive credit policy for the organization   - Will interface with credit bureaus and other data sources.   - Manage credit risk of loan at a portfolio level  - Will work with engineering team to automate underwriting process   Qualifications :   - Worked with retail banks or NBFC in unsecured lending including personal loans, credit cards etc.   - Good knowledge of risk and has developed or maintained score cards in the past.
